Party Panda Heart Balloons Stampin' Up! Sale-A-Bration set

I wanted to try to make heart shaped balloons for a Valentine card, and I wanted them to look like the other balloons in the set.  There is no need to put a line inside your hearts should you decide to make this card of course.  Notice that I made a little mistake when drawing the string. I mostly fixed it by using the white chalk marker, but I also didn't like the lack of a border space around the sentiment at the bottom of the page.

My mistake became an opportunity for embellishment. Though there aren't any embellishments on this card, I think the Happy Valentine's Day sentiment looks nice at the exact location of my mistake.  I love an easy fix.

Sure Do Love You Box and Card

I made the box using the Sure Do Love you Bundle.  Then I thought it needed a matching card, so since we have the narrow note cards, I used one of those. All the stamps and die cuts are from the bundle except for the Happy Valentine's Day stamp from Teeny Tiny Wishes on the outside of the envelope.

My Inky Friends Design Challenge #2 Color Challenge

The Inky Friends Design Challenge was a color challenge this time. I was not able to finish my card in time to join the group, so I decided to just enter the challenge. The colors are Lemon Lime Twist, Soft Sky and Berry Burst. They are from page 35 in Stampin' Up!'s 2017-18 annual catalog.

I used the Sale-A-Bration Epic Celebrations set, and a piece of the Picture Perfect 6X6 Designer Series Paper. I love the look of the white chalk marker to really make the shoes pop on the Soft Sky background. Sprinkles of sequins add to the energetic look.

Quick Truly Tailored True Gentleman Masculine Card

A person could turn out a ton of these cards fairly quickly, and I think they are so fun. It is a CASE with changes of page 44 in the Occasions Catalog.  While I'm not a huge fan of the phrase used in this sentiment, the idea is perfect. :)

I put the Have A Dapper Day sentiment inside the card.  My Dad liked it very well, so that's a win. :)

Epic Celebrations Sale-A-Bration set Stampin' Up! card

The Epic Celebrations Sale-A-Bration set has Converse style tennis shoes, headphones and a guitar, but for my daughter the tennis shoes were the most typical of her style. I wanted to make a Valentine, so I added the "ALWAYS" heart from the Sure Do Love You set as a background in Whisper White Craft Ink. The sentiment from that set is also fun and funky. While it looks like I colored the shoes in an orange, I used a Flirty Flamingo marker over the Pink Pirouette cardstock. I stamped in Basic Black Archival Ink and added the White Chalk Marker for the white portions.

It is possible that the background looks better and is easier to read in this direction.  I do like the diagonal.

It was a really simple background, and I originally flipped the hearts with each consecutive row for another look. Plenty of choices.
